Purpose
Mission USA Assessments provides Scripture-grounded assessments for spiritual growth, leadership development, relationships, and church health. The tools are pastoral and educational. They are meant to encourage reflection and give a practical next step.
What these tools are not. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or employment advice. They are not a diagnosis. They do not decide whether you are fit for a role, and they do not measure your standing with God. A result is a mirror for reflection, not a verdict.
Appropriate use
- Use the assessments for your own growth, or to help those you lead and serve grow.
- Answer honestly. The tools only help when the answers are real.
- Treat other people's results as private and handle them with care.
Prohibited use
- Do not use a result to hire, fire, promote, discipline, or exclude a person.
- Do not present a result as a clinical, psychological, or medical judgment.
- Do not resell, relabel, or redistribute the assessments or reports without written permission.
- Do not attempt to access another person's results, or to disrupt or misuse the service.
Your account and content
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for keeping access to your results secure. If you take an assessment through a church, you are also agreeing to that church's participation as shown to you before you begin.
Intellectual property
The assessments, reports, text, and design are the property of Mission USA of the Congregational Holiness Church, except where a specific instrument or framework is credited to another author or publisher. Those credited sources remain the property of their owners. Your personal report is yours to keep and use for your own growth.
No warranty
We work to keep the assessments accurate, available, and helpful, but we provide them as is. We do not guarantee a particular outcome. Use good judgment, and seek qualified help for matters that need it.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws that apply to Mission USA and the Congregational Holiness Church. Any dispute will be handled under those laws. The specific governing-law and dispute provisions are being finalized with legal counsel.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service grows. When we make a meaningful change, we will update the date at the top of this page.
