Our commitment
We are working to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. That standard covers the things that matter most for real use: readable text, clear focus, full keyboard operation, and support for screen readers and zoom.
What we are building toward
- Every control has a clear, programmatic label.
- The whole site, including menus, filters, and assessment questions, works with a keyboard alone.
- Keyboard focus is always visible.
- Selection and meaning never rely on color alone.
- Charts in your report come with a text equivalent, such as a ranked list or data table.
- Pages support zoom and reflow up to 400 percent without breaking.
- Tap targets are large enough to use comfortably on a phone.
- Your answers are kept when you move back and forth between questions.
Taking an assessment
Assessment questions are grouped and labeled so a screen reader can read them clearly. Progress and any error messages are announced. If you rely on assistive technology and hit a point where you cannot continue, please tell us. Getting people all the way through an assessment matters to us.
How we test
We check our work with automated scans, keyboard-only testing, screen readers on both desktop and phone, and high-zoom and color-contrast review. We are also expanding testing with people who use assistive technology every day.

If any part of this site is hard to use, or you cannot complete an assessment because of an accessibility barrier, email assessments@chchurch.com. Tell us the page and what happened, and we will help and fix it.
